Placing An Order:
An order can consist of products from one or more categories. If you only need to order from one category, click on the button that displays the desired category. When ordering from two or more categories, start ordering by clicking on the button that displays the category you wish to start with. Once you have finished your selections, scroll to the bottom of the current page (under the Related Products Heading) and select the next category you desire to order from. Repeat over until you are ready to review your cart page.
Minimum Requirements:
Each product is set to render the minimum amount required. For instance, if you are required to purchase 12 packs of any item, when the quantity button shows the number (1) one, it will be one set of a twelve pack. Any additional quantities added will give a count of 12 packages each time.
Pricing:
The wholesale price will appear at the time a product is added to the cart.
Shipping:
Your order will ship either UPS Ground or LTL depending on the size and weight and locations being shipped to. We do NOT make anything on the shipping cost so please understand that the shipping will vary from locations to carriers and we have no control of their pricing.
We strive very hard to get all orders, regardless of size, shipped off as quickly as possible. We, Simple Salsa/EZ Mixes, will process your order and ship usually 5-7 Business Days. At certain times we may be able to ship your order within 3-5 days; however, it completely depends on certain factors such as size of order, quantity of orders, product availability, etc. We will promise you that we will work as hard as we can to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Once the order is received a shipping invoice will be calculated and sent to you by email. We will send you an Invoice through Square and you can pay the S & H online. We DO NOT keep or store your Credit Card information. Once the payment for shipping has been paid then the order will be marked “Payment Complete” and Scheduled for production then shipped for delivery when completed. Please note that the S & H must be paid in full prior to your order being shipped.–No COD’s
